WOYWW - 12.05

Hi All

Well, I cannot believe that it's Wednesday again and time for WOYWW already - I know I say this every week, but every week it's true, Wednesdays really do seem to come round so quickly !!!

Anyway, here's my desk this week -

I'm busy with some DT work at the moment for In2Stamps.  If you haven't got any of their stamps then you really should go a take a look at what they have.  The designs are great and the stamps are top quality.  Hop on over to the In2Stamps Store and take a look.  They have a great monthly challenge too, which you can find HERE

Here's a couple of piccies of Thomas & Pablo having a cuddle.  I'm really going to have to try and get some action photos of them - they love to play together and chase each other around the house.  I know it looks as though they just sleep all the time, but they do get into mischief too, honest LOL!!!

Anyway, I'm off the check out the rest of the WOYWWers desks, there are getting to be quite a lot of us now, so if I don't make it to your place then I'm sorry.  I do try to visit everyone, but sometimes I just don't have the time to fit everything in !!!

Thanks for stopping by today.

Not a Card !!!

Hi

I've made this cute little Pizza Box that I'm going to enter into the challenge over at One Stop Craft Challenge, where this week's theme is Anything But A Card.

To make the box I followed this tutorial, which I found on the Scor-Pal Website.

The image is called "Tender Bear Kisses" and is from the Cute Animals range at In2Stamps. I coloured it using my Prismacolor Pencils which I blend using Sansodor and paper stumps. The lace is from my stash and the flowers are by Prima.

I have filled my little box with some yummy French chocolates.

Thanks for stopping by.  Hope you like it.

WOYWW - 5 May

Hi Everyone !!!

I really cannot believe that it is May already, we're nearly halfway through the year!!! Is it really that long since it was Christmas???

Anyway, it's Wednesday and time for WOYWW, here's mine:

I'm just about to get stuck in colouring this super Digi Image from Cuddly Buddly.

Here's a couple of kitty piccies for those that need them LOL

Thomas doesn't look too happy, I think he spied all my House Mouse Stamps!!!  I really do need to find somewhere better to store these.

And a quickie of Pablo, he's pretending to be asleep - I can see him spying, can you ?!!!

Last week a few of you asked about my Photo Tent.  For those that live in the UK, they are available mail order from Maplins.  The photo below shows it in all it's glory, it does come with a camera stand which I don't use.  It is a great tool and it has really improved the quality of my photos.  The only problem is that the bulbs for the lamps are really difficult to get hold of.   I have broken one of mine and so now I use one of the lamps on one side and my daylight craft lamp on the other, it works fine but I do really need to get some spare bulbs.
My other secret weapon when it comes to my photos is my editing software.  I use COREL Paint Shop Pro Photo X2.  It's fantastic. I really don't use it to its full potential, but it is great for straightening up my photos (mine usually look as though they were taken on the side of a very steep hill LOL).  I also use it to add my frame and my watermark too.

Anyway, I think I've gone on long enough now - a gold star goes to all those who stayed 'til the end LOL !!!

I'm off for a nosy at all the other desks.  Feel free to join in - we all meet on a Wednesday at Julia's Blog - Stamping Ground

Tilda in Pink

Hi

I've made this card using the "Bunny Tilda" stamp from Magnolia. Now, I know it's not Easter, but I love this image and she looks so pretty in pink.  I decided she was perfect for the Tilda in Pink Challenge over at Die Cut Dreams

I coloured Tilda using my Copic Markers with a touch of pink Shimmerz (which doesn't really show up very well on the picture).

All the papers and embellishments are from my stash.

Thanks for stopping by today.
Hope you like it.

In2Stamps May Challenge - DT Card

Hi

Well, May is upon us and that means it's time for another challenge over at the In2Stamps Challenge Blog.

This month my fellow DT member Isabelle has designed this fabulous sketch to follow.

Here's my card:

The In2Stamps stamp I've used is from the Cute Animals Collection and is called Tender Bear Kisses.  I stamped it using Brilliance Ink in Cocoa Bean.  I decided not to colour the image in and instead used my water brush to soften the lines a little.   I'm very pleased with how it's turned out.

The netting at the top left is recycled from a pack of oranges - it's amazing what can be used for crafting when you put your mind to it!!!

The sentiment stamp is by Autumn Leaves.  The paper and embellishments are all from my stash.

As always, In2Stamps is offering a fabulous prize to the winner of this week's challenge.

The complete 6" x 6" Kaiserkraft Devonshire paper collection
In2Stamps stamps of your choice.

So, hop on over to the In2Stamps Challenge Blog and check out the fabulous cards that the rest of the Design Team have made.  Don't forget that this challenge lasts for the whole of May, so you have plenty of time to enter.

Thanks for stopping by today.
Hope you like it.

WOYWW 28.04

Hello Blogging Buddies.

It's Wednesday and that means time for another WOYWW.

Well, what is on my workdesk today?

A MESS, that's what, and a Thomas !!!

Now, here's a puzzle for you.  You may have heard of "Where's Wally?"  Well my version is "Where's Thomas?"

Here he is LOL!!!

Honestly, it really is getting to be beyond a joke. As soon as my photo tent comes out Thomas gets in it - what is this all about? !!

After all the excitement of the photo tent, Thomas went off to find his friend Pablo for a little cuddle Ahhh !!!

Anyway, I'm off to Julia's Blog to see what everyone else has on their workdesks today.  Please feel free to pop along too and join in if you dare LOL!!!
