Hi

I've not shown my desk for a couple of weeks.

I really need to have a good sort out and get rid!!!!  I made a start, but I've not had the time to finish it.  I've been soooooo busy at work and then busy with DT commitments when I get home.  I really must get on and finish off my sorting as I want to see my beautiful desk again and I'm a bit fed up working on the dining table!!!!

Anyway here it is today: 


I'm deeply ashamed!!!!


And I snapped this cute picture this morning - William and Thomas really are the best of friends.

I love Marvin, he's so cute and of course he's perfect for all your Halloween cards!!!

I coloured him using my Copic Markers. 

The papers, ribbon, gems and bat brads are all from my stash.

Today I would like to show you this pretty card I've made using Cute Circus Tilda from the Magnolia Apples and Cherries Collection.

I coloured Tilda's skin using Copic Markers and her clothes with Promarkers.  I added a little glitter on the frills of her dress.

The Stamping Bazaar's First Challenge

  
Hi Everyone !!!

It's a big day today over at The Stamping Bazaar! We're unveiling not one or two but FOUR upcoming releases and hosting our first (but certainly not last) challenge --and it's a very special one too:

Operation Write Home is an organization that sends blank handmade greeting cards for all occasions to deployed military service members to write home on. They’ve mailed approximately 500,000 cards so far—and are still going strong! Our challenge to you is to make cards to send to them.

The theme of this challenge is simply to make a Christmas card to be mailed to Operation Write Home. There are no restrictions as to which stamps you can use --all manufacturers/stamp companies are welcome!

The challenge goes on until Friday, October 8th, 11:59pm EST and of course there will be PRIZES!!

Patriotic Eagle - Soldier Pug

All the images in this release are Halloween themed.  I've used three of the images to make the cards I'm showing you today. 

For my first card I used Rose. 

Isn't she great?  I coloured her with my Promarkers, I think the black and red suit her perfectly!  All the papers and embellishments are from my stash. 

The second image is called Max - he really is a cool dude!!!

Again I used my Promarkers to colour the image.  All the papers are from my stash. 

For my final card I used Jasper - he's my favourite from this release.

I put my Promarkers to work again and used papers and embellishments from my stash.
