WOYWW

Hi

Time for another WOYWW.  I've actually cheated this week - this was my workspace on Saturday.

I guess you're wondering why Orion is sporting such a gorgeous hat...

Well he has now gotten to "that age" and it was time for "that little operation".  He has been so funny in his hat - he quickly learnt how to use it as a scoop and would scoop up his toys and anything else he fancied!!!  He also loved to spend much of his time having me rub his neck and scratch his ears, which of course I dutifully did!!!

You'll be pleased to know that he has now had his post op check up and his hat has been removed.  He's now back to his troublesome self, making mischief with his two buddies.

Anyway, thanks for stopping by today.

Hugs
Penni

Hi there. Thanks for letting us peek into your creative space this week. It's always inspiring seeing where and how we create! Hope the rest of your week goes very well for you.

The blue hat really suits him. He looks very relaxed and probably needed lots of TLC. He is so cute I am surprised you get anything done with that little face on your desk.

How is it that cats know just where to lie to get attention? Very sophisticated 'hat' I've never seen one like that.

Aw he looks a treat with his hat on. My boys didnt get hats after their ops so Orion must be a special boy to receive such a lovely hat. He is stunning and makes for the best desk.

Orion seems to have taken to the collar much better than The Boss did - she hated wearing one - of course she is much older and less adaptable :) Glad to hear he is fit and well again. Hope you have a great week. Elizabeth x #81

Lovely cat a splendid addition to any craft space me thinks! My next door neighbour has a Benagal- very demanding and troublesome I am told! She certainly likes to tell you all about it (Lily the cat not the neighbour - actually no her too!!)

How cute! My dogs just act pathetic if they have to wear one.

Wow Penni, ages since I've seen work on your desk going on! Colouring looks great. Poor Orion - he looks a bit peed off in the second picture!!

Iv'e had mixed reactions from my cats when they have had to wear one. Glad Orion got a blue one to wear. Fancy the shame if it had been pink!!!!

Poor little Orion having his pockets picked!! I remember when Chloe had to wear a lampshade for a while because she kept licking at a spot on her leg and all the fur wore off. She managed to scoop a whole pile of plates onto the floor and smashed them!! I used to take the lampshade off every day so she could eat, and I would scratch and scratch her neck for her and she would go all floppy in my arms because she loved it so much. Here's a piccie of her cooling off:

Poor sweet Orion- he is milking it up for all that it's worth!

I LOVE that he is ingenious enough to use his hat for scooping treats and treasures!

Does he scoop with his paws?

P.S. Drop me a line when you get a chance - hubby wants to know the cattery you got Orion from!
