Midweek Magnolias # 5 Homespun Style

Hi

Over at Midweek Magnolias this week our theme is Homespun Style.

Here's my interpretation

I decided to decorate a wooden heart rather than make a card.  I used Sweet Tilda and coloured her using my Copic Markers.  I also paper pieced her dress.   Here's a close-up:

I'm also going to enter this heart into the following challenges:

Crafty Boots Challenge - Nautical or Red White and Blue
Creative Craft Challenge - Anything but a card

RECIPE

Wooden Heart
Image - Sweet Tilda
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black.  Ranger Distress Inks
Colouring Medium - Copic Markers
Papers - Papermania Portobello Road
Printed Words Paper - From my stash
Embellishments - Bird, Ribbon, Flowers, Embrodery Anglais Trim, Buttons and Twine all from my stash
Tools - Nesties Ovals with Sizzix Big Shot and Paper Distressing Tool

So hop on over to the Midweek Magnolia Blog and have a go at our challenge - there's always a great prize on offer from Magnolia Sweden !!!

Thanks for stopping by.

Hugs
