Midweek Magnolias Week 16

Hi

Can you believe it?  I don't post for a week and then I post twice within one hour!!! If you're looking for my Copic Marker Europe Post please scroll down to the previous post or click HERE.

So, back to Midweek Magnolias - This week our challenge is Anything but a Card.

I decided to alter some jars.  My boys' school is holding a Summer Fair and they were asking for filled, decorated jars for their Tombola, so I thought they would be a good project for our Anything but a Card theme.

I altered two jars and decorated them using Pirate Tilda and Pirate Edwin.  I used my Silhouette to cut some waves and treasure chests.

I coloured the images using my Copic Markers, here are some close-ups

I filled the jars with some yummy sweety treasure

I'm going to enter these jars into the following challenges -

Paperminutes - Film/Movies (My movie is Pirates of the Caribbean)
Try It On Tuesday - Anything Goes
Simon Says Stamp - Anything but a Card

I've also altered a T-Shirt.  I am having a stall at the Summer Fair to sell some of my many cards - hopefully I'll make a bit of cash to spend on more stash LOL!!! I decided to decorate a T-Shirt to wear.

A close-up

I hope you can join us in our challenge at Midweek Magnolias this week.  I'm sure you'll find plenty of inspiration from our talented DT - I can't wait to see what you make.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you liked the items I've altered.

Hugs
